The 8th Annual Tiburon International Film Festival brings movies from 90 countries around the world! The opening film, "Guard No. 47" from the Czech Republic , will feature the cast and crew in person at the screening. Plus, this year, George Lucas will present an award to the Oscar winning director and cinematographer, Haskell Wexler .
